There aren’t many times that we get to work with an exceptional person, but we were extremely fortunate to have that opportunity with Kelly Rigg. We were looking for a home in Montana, to be closer to our grandchildren. Kelly helped our children purchase their home two years ago. They were very happy with Kelly’s services and highly recommended her. I met with Kelly and we talked over the criteria for the home we wanted to buy. It had to be within 30 minutes of our children, we wanted 10 plus acres to raise animals, irrigation rights and we didn’t want to do too much remodeling. Our budget was tight because we couldn’t sell our home in Oregon until we purchased the property in Montana (we have a lot of stuff to move!). I would prefer not to talk about the negatives, but details are important to the story. We found a beautiful property in St. Ignatius. The property had been on the market for several months, so Kelly suggested offering a whopping $200,000 less than asking! We were skeptical they would come down that far, but Kelly felt confident. Unbelievably, they accepted! After entering into the contract we discovered multiple problems with the property’s title and an abusive/obtrusive neighbor that held first right of refusal and some sort of illegitimate claim to harvesting the property’s pasture grass. Kelly was our champion and worked tirelessly to make that deal happen for us. Because of a huge tax lien, we had to change title companies several times. We also had trouble with our lender because the neighbor got involved in the buy/sell agreement. It was a nightmare! I could list all of the issues, but this review would turn into a novel. My point is; Kelly dealt with every problem with speed and professionalism. We were disappointed, but we agreed it would be better for us to pull out. Alexander Graham Bell once said, “when a door closes another one opens”. Those words could not be truer. A week later we found the perfect 20acre property, but it had only been on the market for three days and was over our budget. Kelly recommended adding a couple of incentives to the offer (the incentives didn’t cost anything) and submitted the offer, $50,000 less than asking. They accepted! I am certain Kelly’s creative incentives were the reason our lower offer was accepted. Everyone knows that buying a house is one of the largest and most stressful purchases a person will make (especially in another state), so working with a wonderful agent like Kelly makes it much easier. Through this process, I got to know a person with many excellent attributes. I found Kelly to be; very knowledgeable, extremely professional, diligent, hard-working, creative, pleasant, kind-hearted and very positive. Best of all, she sincerely wants to make her client’s dream come true. Kelly made our dream come true! I will most certainly recommend Kelly Rigg every time I get a chance. She is a great person and a 5 star agent. You want her on your team!

We recently closed escrow on a lot in Polson. Kelly worked with us for about 6 months and was responsive, knowledgable, honest and incredibly hard-working. We live over 1300 miles from Polson, so having Kelly act as our guide was essential. She spent countless hours going to lots and facetiming us so we could view the lots with her. When we finally made it to Polson, we had over 30 lots to check out. She not only showed us the lots, but she gave us the full run-down on the area-restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Once we entered escrow we thought this would be an easy, 2 week close. It turned out to be anything BUT easy or ordinary, but Kelly's help with navigating us through the process and her 100% support during that somewhat stressful time was indispensable. She gracefully managed the other parties and was available to hop on to 3 or 4-way calls at a moment's notice. Kelly is an absolute professional. She listened to what we wanted and delivered, without wasting our time and without steering us towards something we didn't want.
